Common questions

I cannot sign in.

Aseef signs you in with Google or Apple, so there is no Aseef password to reset. Use the same account you signed up with. If your browser blocks third-party windows, allow pop-ups for aseef.app and try again.

My invite link does not work.

Invite links can be turned off or replaced by the host of the space. Ask the host for a fresh link, or to invite you by email from the space's share menu.

My ideas vanished.

Deleted ideas and spaces stay in the trash for 30 days before they are removed for good. Open the space menu and choose Trash to restore them. If you were removed from a space, only its host can add you back.

How do I delete my account?

Open Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account. It signs you out everywhere at once and removes your data in the background. The Privacy Policy explains exactly what is deleted.

How do I export a space?

Open the space menu and choose Export. Markdown is best for reading and sharing; JSON imports straight back into Aseef.
