• We check service health around the clock and publish the results, bad days included.

Public uptime

We check every part of the service on a fixed schedule: the web app, the data platform, the backend, sign-in, email and notifications. The results are published with 90 days of history, so when something breaks you can read about it from us.

Your ideas are yours

Anyone who can read a space can export it at any time, without asking us.

• Markdown, for reading, sharing, and pasting into a document.
• JSON, which imports straight back into Aseef.
• You keep every intellectual-property right in what you write.

Deleting your account

You delete your account from Account settings in the app. It signs you out everywhere right away, then a background job erases your data and removes your sign-in identity last. Deleted slides and spaces stay in the trash for 30 days first, so you can undo a mistake before it becomes permanent.

Free, with published limits

There is no paid plan, no trial and no feature behind a card. During launch there are only the launch limits, which keep the free service fast for everyone. They are listed on the pricing page, together with the Free plan limits that take effect only when Pro launches, announced in advance.

Hosts and serves the website and web app.

Convex

Stores spaces, ideas, blocks and files, and carries the realtime connection.

Clerk

Sign-in, sessions and account identity. No password ever reaches Aseef.

Google and Apple sign-in

The identity providers you choose to sign in with.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Bot protection on sign-in, run through Clerk.

Resend

Sends invitation and notification emails.

Expo

Builds the mobile apps and relays push notifications.

Apple Push Notification service

Delivers notifications to iPhone and iPad.

Firebase Cloud Messaging

Delivers notifications to Android and to web browsers.

PostHog

Product analytics and crash reports, only after you accept analytics.
