Aseef only works if a team is willing to put its unfinished thinking here. These are the commitments that earn that, each one paired with the page where you can check it.
- Your ideas belong to you, and you can take them out at any moment.
- Deletion deletes. It is a background job that finishes, not a hidden flag.
- Service health is measured continuously and published, including the bad days.
- Aseef is free at launch, with limits stated in public rather than discovered.
- We never claim protection the product does not actually have.
Uptime, in the open
Every part of the service — the web app, the backend, the real-time connection, sign-in, and notifications — is probed on a fixed cadence, and the result is published with 90 days of history. When something breaks we would rather you read it from us than infer it from a spinner.

Export is a first-class feature, not a retention lever. Any space can be exported at any time, by anyone who can read it, without asking us for anything.

Deletion that actually deletes
Deleting your account signs you out everywhere immediately, then a durable worker erases your data table by table and removes your sign-in identity last. A deleted slide or space sits in the trash for 30 days first, so a mistake is recoverable and an intention is final.
How deletion worksFree, and honest about the ceilings
There is no paid tier, no trial, and no feature waiting behind a card. What exists instead are fair-use ceilings that keep a free service fast for everyone, published on the security page so you meet them on paper before you meet them in the product.

Who else touches your data
Running Aseef means trusting a small number of providers. This is the complete list, and what each one does.

- Serves the web app.
- Convex
- Stores spaces, ideas, blocks, and uploaded files, and carries the real-time connection.
- Clerk
- Handles sign-in and account identity, so no password reaches Aseef.
- Expo
- Builds and delivers the iPhone, iPad, and Android apps.
- PostHog
- Optional product analytics, with text masked and links redacted before sending.
