Delete your Aseef account

Delete while signed in

1. Open Aseef and go to Account settings.
2. Choose Delete account and review the permanent-deletion notice.
3. Complete every confirmation, then select Delete permanently.

What deletion removes

• Your Aseef account and profile information.
• Spaces you host, including their ideas, reaction blocks, memberships, and presentation data.
• Your memberships, notification feed, push destinations, preferences, avatar, and unclaimed uploads.

Shared-space contributions

Contributions in spaces hosted by someone else may remain so their collaboration history still makes sense, but they are no longer connected to an active Aseef account. Uploaded files you own are removed or detached where applicable.

Limited retention

Deletion removes active account data. Residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period, and narrowly required records may be retained to comply with law, resolve disputes, protect security, or enforce our agreements, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Cannot sign in?

Email us from the address associated with your account at support@aseef.app and state that you want to delete your Aseef account. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or identity documents in the first message.

Verification and response

We will acknowledge your request and ask you to verify control of the account email. We may request limited additional information only when needed to prevent unauthorized deletion. After verification, we will complete the request or explain the applicable timing and any lawful retention exception.
